First Order Requirements
Opening orders require a
minimum of $350
You must be a licensed business
You must have a brick and mortar location

Re-order Requirements
Re-orders require a minimum
of $150
We must be notified immediately if anything about your business has changed (i.e. location, type, etc) since your opening order.
